Blue199 - Our Report #2
Introduction
As of writing it has been just over about a month since the first-ever report on Blue199.
I’ll be honest I was pretty sure I hit a brick wall after it was published, the predator went into hiding and contacting his local law enforcement was proving to be a massive headache.
Not all hope seems to be lost though as on the 29th of May 2021 I was contacted by a user who wishes to stay anonymous who was also groomed by Blue199 from September 2019 up until his disappearance and hard bans on his social media accounts when our first report was made.
Before I get started if you haven’t already I heavily suggest having a quick read of our first report on the matter. I will be comparing the two cases within the document so it’d be best to read the first one before continuing on with this document.

Blue199 is a twenty-three year old man living in Poland, the age of consent in said country is fifteen years of age. Like I stated in the original report this does not excuse the fact that Blue199 used grooming tactics and predatory advances over the internet on a MINOR.
The last thing I want to state is that Blue made the victim have a spare account to text on but that will be explained a little later in this report.
Friends of Blue
As I stated in the intro I was contacted by an anonymous user on the 29th of May 2021.
This is a snippet of our conversation.
“He tried to actually make me date another dude…”
Now that part of the victims and Blues interaction really struck me.
Not only was Blue actively participating in E-DATING children but was also trying to get his close friends in on it all.
Later on in the conversation, the anonymous user sent me a dm from Blue199 - Now ‘deleted user’ because of the hard ban on Discord -
Luckily the ‘friend’ in question backed out once he knew of the victim's age.
What disgusts me the most is the fact that people knew, the friend in question KNEW what was going on yet did he report him? No.
I’m pretty sure I know who that said someone is and I would like them to come forward as well as any other ‘close’ friends of Blue that knew at the time.
I’m not going to expose or allude to who I believe it to be, all I ask is for them to contact me privately to help aid this investigation into Blue.
Nudes
Blue199 not only sent but received nudes to and from the minor.
Blue199 used the minor's personal troubles to acquire the pornographic images from the minor.
I had to make sure the nude that was sent wasn’t from the internet and matched the nude that we were sent from the first victim.
0 results found on Google Images and the penis looked pretty similar so that made me feel a lot better with the actual authenticity of all of these messages.
Telegram
What is Telegram? : “Telegram is a freeware, cross-platform, cloud-based instant messaging software. The service also provides end-to-end encrypted video calling, VoIP, file sharing and several other features.”
Telegram Account Policy: “As a part of its security features, Telegram accounts are set for self-destruction after a certain time of inactivity. A default period is set to 6 months, meaning that if you don't log into your Telegram account within that time, it will be deleted and your conversations will be gone forever.”
I think this is the part that really struck a nerve with me and is one of the bigger reasons why I decided to make a brand new document instead of dumping this all on the first report.
A lot of the nudes, ERP and any and all predatory advances are all on a deleted Telegram account.
I’m 99.99% positive that Blue199 wasn’t new to Telegram and deliberately used it to hide evidence from his friends and his IP provider.
This wasn’t the only person he was talking to and we now know this because of this new evidence provided by a victim that reached out.
Blue knew what he was doing, that’s what made me sick.
Closing Off
Two years of grooming, sexting and manipulation.
Two years that could have been prevented if people would have stepped forward and told people about Blue.
I am beyond angry about how certain people could have just turned a blind eye to all of this.
I really, really hope that these reports can help people come forward.
If Blue did anything to you that has been shown or talked about in these reports you need to know that it wasn’t your fault.
Blue199 is a monster and me and my team will stop at nothing to get the truth out against this sick, disgusting human being.

Blue199 - Our Report
Just to clear something up before we go into this document.
The victim was 15/16 and Blue was 23. In the victim's home country the age of consent is 15 and in Blue’s home country the age of consent is 15, they were between the ages of consent but given the circumstances morally what happened between them was wrong.
In the current state, there’s little information everything seen today are things we had to search for. Once we get updates on the situation this document will be updated
You may have seen Blue199 somewhere around the Half-Life community at least once. Whether it was in the comments of a ModDB page, or a Discord server or even YouTube comments section. Blue has worked with us on a mod as well with co-writing the script for Radiated, an HL2 mod. For a long time, Blue was like a friend to us and helped with morale in our team. Unfortunately however, recent talks have been made with a discovery that shocked us just as much as everyone else with the involved. Blue199, 22/23-year-old adult groomed a 15-year-old minor on Discord DMs.
The minor in question came up to one of the moderators of our public server, talking about his ‘’boyfriend’’ to which we asked what was the age of the aforementioned ‘’boyfriend’’. Apparently, they started dating somewhere in late January, but we’re not sure on that front.
It is evident within this timeframe Blue199 was able to groom this minor into a relationship with him. Through the screenshots, it seems as if nothing entirely malicious was happening between them though this would change quite quickly on the 10th of February when Blue sent the minor a pornographic picture of himself.
It’s pretty obvious to me that Blue was looking to receive though we have no concrete evidence that this was the case
Now you might be wondering “Why haven’t you taken this to the police?” The simple answer is I’ve been unable to contact the police where Blue or the victim lives. We have reported all of this to Discord and they deactivated Blues account and the victims. We did not go out of our way to report the victims account however. They were just caught in the crossfire though they did breach TOS
We do not have a log for Blues account but we’re pretty sure he got his account terminated for participating in sexually explicit behaviour knowingly with someone under the age of 18.
To end this off document I have to say that if you’ve been contacted by Blue and have exhibited behaviour shown in this document when you were underage then speak out.
I highly doubt this is the only minor he was speaking to.

Race-X lives on! -Radiated-
Hello everyone, it’s been a good minute before I’ve said anything regarding Race-X and Rogue Lambdas future but now I can say that a new mod is in the works named Radiated.
Radiated is a 4 chapter long HL2 Episode 2 modification that takes place after the combine evacuation from City 17. You are Daniel Jackson a rebel left behind in the ruins of the city.
Race-X was very close to my heart as I have spent many years trying to write the perfect story so it would become the perfect mod. I have struggled with the story for many years and on March 15th 2020 I decided to put on hold until I and the team could figure out what to do.
I have used old story elements from cancelled projects like ‘Race-X: Rogue Files’ and ‘Half-Life: Conjoined’ to create Radiated.
Radiated will feature new enemies and modified old weapons from the Half-Life series.
Radiated uses a new mechanic called ‘Mutating’, the mechanic allows the player to go up into the city and collect ammo and supplies but you lose a percentage of health. Use the mechanic too much you die.

Before I close off I would like to say that even though Race-X is on hold the mod will continue development sometime after this project is finished.

Hey everybody,
Just wanted to talk about why I haven't been active, why a Race-X update isn't coming anytime soon and my mental health.
On August 17th at 8:00 pm 2019 I tripped up and ran into a glass window. I cut both my wrists in the process. My left wrist was cut in a way that didn't damage my arteries and was kinda like a slice of glass rather than a straight cut but my right wrist wasn't as lucky. I cut my tendon and most of my nerves. I really couldn't do anything and that left me very depressed.
The whole thing was just extremely embarrassing and I couldn't do anything without some kind of help.
I was suffering from stress as well because I wanted things done but they couldn't be done because of my situation.
I truly believe that if I this didn't happen I would have spiralled out of control. I got help and now things are slowly getting better. This is why I'm going to take Race-X slow instead of having a goal that I cannot achieve. A 2020 release date isn't happening so I am going to learn C++ to help support the development of this mod instead of sitting around and just writing because that's what I have been doing for 2 years.
I've done and said some really stupid things online and I apologize to anyone I have hurt or upset during my time on moddb. We all regret things we have done in our past.
