I'm in Yantar, to shut down the emitter, entered the main building and went down the stairs, there's a door with codepad but the keypad won't repons, I can't use the F-key to use the code from the pda from the zombified ecologist i shot in the barrack next to the bunker. And do I need an psy helmet or so ??

It's a whole lot of fun ! Until I finally got into the bandit base undergound ... ;-) I did the "drugs job", put all the bandits to sleep.. and now I'm in these bandit base catacombs... I did manage to kill those thugs but now I'll have te get out and I can't !

Have to find a way out of there but get killed over and over again.. there is a part where are some zombies, these freakin'old guys ;-) and some sort of controller I think.. get almost instant killed.. thrue the watery tunnels is also impossible.. anomalys killed me here also.. please.. help.. how the hell do I get out... ?

The mod is marvelous.. truly.. feels a bit like the old games but so enjoyable... but then again, the walking is killing... ;-) but still the mod is lovely to play on and on... but,.. i'm not far from quiting again..... i'll have to find the dynamite near the locomotive to kill the dogs lair.. but i can't find it.. on top of the loco there's some ammo and bandages but that's all i can find.... killed by rads a f@5%$^& time... horror.. found in the tunnel a closed door.. is it maybe in there ? Do i need to find a key ??

Marvelous, truly magical wintermod ! Had some troubles but in the end it´s all real fun to play ! But now I´m fighting with Rogue in Limansk.. hefty Sin battles ;-) .... and now I'm stuck in Limansk.... I'm on the mission Mortal Sin Contact Lost, found near the Construction site Lyova Napoleon and while talking to him he passed away and two damn Red Bloodsuckers came, but I've manage to kill them both.. (The scout team sent by Rogue didn't return from their mission. Investigate the situation.) As I said before... I'm stuck here.. can't find any thing.. what do I have to do.. to find .. What to Investigate ?? Any hints, advice ?

Marvelous wintermod !! I'm in to x15 to shut down the machine, got a good protective suit and gasmask/helmet but stil i'm almost instantly dying when I'm on the bottom of the elevator, no medication whatsoever won't help either.... what am I missing ? Some special med ??

Discover it only yesterday and I'm hooked ;-) But now i have to find the battery and have to find Shell... did see the vid on Ytube in which the figure in the bunker sat on the bed.. and asked to have drink of wodka whith me by taking the bottle on the table... running the map all over, time after time,.. but still can't find these 2 items !v Please I;m desparate !

Yes ! indeed, going in front of guide it worked. Did a lot of jobs. But now I'm at the npp, helping hte military and waiting for more mutants to kill.. but there are non. At the arivel after the fight against the BTR there were a lot of several beasts.. shot them all but there are no more coming.. still Dudaev wont go on,... i've killed at least a dozen swampcreatures all around the canals.. there are no more mutants comming from these 3 transpoints at the west .. I'm stuck... so I started again as the btr was destroyed.

After several times re-installing... and crashes as before.. I did again an instal on yet another ssd drive and this time it worked.. surprise surprise.. have no clue whatsoever what went wrong all other re-installs.. but then again I'm glad it worked sofar.. untill... yep.. another crash, as I went into the hospital whith guide, we managed to kill the first 2 bloodsuckers and as we walked all the way down into the open area, on the groundfloor so to say, again the game crashed and the pc freezed so i had to restart. It happened 2 times and at the 3rd it finally worked. Now I'm finally arrived in Pripyat to assist the military after beeing killed a hundred times or so..... that underground is swarmed with bloodsuckers zombies damn snorks... pfftt... sofar so good.. I hope .... ;-) (OMG.. all these crashes and still love LA )

Hi, my specs are: ASUS Sabertooth X79 / Intel:Core - i7 - 4820~3.70GHz / 32 GB RAM / GeForce GTX 960 - 4Gb / Win 10 Pro. Again, yes I use the following: First installed; LADC_1.40007_setup_binary and setup-1a, 1b, 1c,2a, 2b. Then LAR_v 1.0 (512 MB), and I followed exactly your Install instructions on this page. Is it possible that some old user files can make issues ? I've got several STALKER mods on different drives installed, as there are: Stalkersoup, G.A.M.M.A. Anomaly.

Thx for your reply, and yes, I use, as far as I know, the latest: LAR_v.1.0.7z from Nov 4th, 2022. (525.196 kB) I had this problem earlier and after the error I removed it from the SSD and did another, new install on an other SSD. Same problem/error only the logfile was a lot smaller.

Hi LiquidB.. A great dissapointment.. played LA before (old v1.4005) and installed as in the right order mentioned in the Install instructions: started up the configurator, and the game crashed. ("an unexpected error has occured, and the program's state is unstable, etc etc) I do really hope there is a solution, hope to play this magic LA again !! And there is another issue,.. found Owls's note in lab x10, now i'll have to bring it to ghost who is waiting at the most west gate at the ChNPP2. But he won't speak to me.. I must have missed something ?? Could it be this: I have to find the Mercenary who knows about the missing group of scientists, followed by finding a mercenary called Gray who supposed to be inthe Wild territory near the fire viaduct, but he's not there at the marked spot.... I assume because I have not found this mercenary ??

Stuck in the Unexplored Land at the entrance of the cave where I had hoped to find Fang (and Pilgrim) after receiving Fang's sms "Strelok, this isn't a trick. Don't be surprised... we must meet. To hide any longer makes no sense. I'm waiting for you with Pilgrim at our new base. Please hurry." Tried everything.. used 3 diff Teleport Deactivators from the spawn menu but nothing... searched the cave all over.. there seems te be somebody somewhere,.. there is a green spot but I can't reach it or him...in the cave there's only a room with a table and a room with a bed.... but no Fang ..... please help !

No minimap ??... only at the the bottom of the screen the compass indicator...

I got the job from Plichko at the Dutybase, to get him the Crossbow from the Freedom Armory, but... there's no crossbow in there.. followed the furniture trick but, again.. no crossbow... only some VOG-25 grenades. And not in the blue crates on top of the green lockers, there's just ammo, rifles and some freedom suites.
Anyone know more ?? Where can I find this crossbow for Plichko ??

Hi, going to the bar with the documents from x18, no problems whatsoever at the Duty post in the garbage but as soon i come near the Duty post south of the bar i get shot by Duty ! What did I wrong ??

It's a pity... game crashes at start up... immediate as "Privat Bolko" appears the game freezes.

While waiting in Yantar in the scientists bunker to do the measurementjob with Kruglov, there is a blowout outside... I'm inside, wearing the protective red suit I recieved from the professor, still I die instantly after a minute or so... Am I missing something ?

It worked,.. after killing over 20 of these fat pigs.. and a whole lot of zombie "oldies".. and now i'm stuck in the Dvalley.. getting shot over and over again trying to escape the factory in that freaking car after stealing the documents there... sometimes i whish there was a godmode, for certain moments in the game, like in the "old days"....

I'm back... ;-) how many boars do i have to kill at the duty checkpoint to get acces to the bar.. must have shot way over 20 boars and also a lot (10, 12..) of these old 'senior' zombies... in the older version it's some 5 or 6 boars as i remember well....

I'm sorry, but all I have done was downloading 6 files of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Lost Alpha v1.4007 DC, (Not the New Version of LA (DC Extended) !) and, of course your Comp V.3. As I said, following the Install instructions as mentioned.

Had the same issues as Lynx_20 and mineshaft21 ... Won't work with the latest version and neither the old one.

Also unpacked the dB files (configs) and place them in the gamedata map, but the items as food, drinks etc are'nt the same as in the game... seems I can't alter some of these items.

Hi Stalkers.. how do I use the teleport (for/i. "Teleport to the Bar") which can be obtained from the spawn menu ?
I mean... walking, or better 'running" around the maps is getting a wee bit annoying,..... ;-)
