Does Britain always declare war on you by about turn 10 when are playing as Marathas? Once I even started a trade agreement with them but they declared war on time regardless.

Interesting choice of choosing to mod RA3 over ZH since from what I heard modding RA3 is significantly more difficult. Anyway best of luck with your endeavor. Looking good so far.

Chinese do have elite squads. The thing is their elite squads are literally a team of infantry carrying a large weapon virtually accomplishing a similar task to what other factions get done through single "elite" infantry units. e.g. consider the minigunner team as a single unit. Ofc one unique difference is that these teams are more specialized compared to "traditional" elite infantry.
