Firstly I'd just like to apologise for this post. I know this a bit of a funny place to ask this question, but I'm having A hard time trying to find anything concrete and I thought if any one can point me the right direction its the Ascendancy team.

I want to start adding new shops (essentially moving ships from one mod to another) for my own personal use, but for the life of me I cant seem to find any good tutorials on how I would go about doing this. I was hoping that perhaps someone on here might be kind enough to point me in the direction of A good modding tutorial, which could give me the information I need.

I would be really great full for any help in this matter.

I just firstly wanted to say thank you so much for making such a superb mod. The game play and ship models are superb and you can tell just by playing it how much love and time has gone into the mod.I particularly appreciate the fact that you’ve kept the vanilla races still in the game and intertwined them with the star wars universe,which I think makes the mod fresh and diverse. I have to say its one of my most favorite mods to play.

I just had a few questions which i hope you don't mind me asking about.

1. Do you plan to include any ships from the force awakens? I know that the films set a few decades before the mod is set, but since its an alternative timeline/universe to the legend/cannon universe it doesn’t seem completely out of the realm of possibility to include them. I would be a liar if I said I wouldn’t like to see in particularly the new the first order star destroyer in the mod. I thought it was a really nice design and it seemed to pack quiet the punch, from what we saw of it in the film.


2. Do you plan to further make the Imperial warlords more distinct in terms of ships and play style to the empire?Whilst I particularly love playing as the warlords, I do find that when playing as the empire the ship composition and fleet style is very similar. Whilst I understand of course their both the empire, it would be nice to see a bit more distinction between both in terms of ships. With the warlords using more outdated and experimental ship designs and the Empire being a bit more mainstream.


I hope you don’t mind my fan induced rant, and please don’t think this is my attempt in anyway to scave the mod and your efforts.Even if these things aren’t included in the grand scheme of things I can quiet happily live without them. I'm more curious then anything to see if these are the kind of things the team have possibly looked at. But I understand they would be pretty low priority. I appreciate not everything on the fans wish list can be included.

Once again thanks for making such an amazing mod, and I cant wait till steam finally upgrades sins so I can play the latest version.

Im sorry if any of these have already been mentioned or already in the game.But I think it would be awesome if these units were included.

I am A huge fan of this mod,however I am somewhat disappointed with the decline in armor available for the unsuilled .I know its a silly little thing to mention but I think that the scale and mail armor provided for the unsuilled suited game play and more importantly the look and feel of the game far better then the new leather and cloth armor. But anyway I cant wait to play this new version and keep up your amazing work :).

I'm planning to change ship stats considerably,like you say it would be over the top and not much fun if they were kept as they are. I just thought it might just be quite fun and a bit of a laugh seeing the original factions fighting the UNSC.

Hi there I'm not sure if this is the most appropriate place to ask but I'm not to sure where to ask.But is there anyway to activate (through coding) the original sins factions e.g. TEC,Advent ect in the UNSC beta? Or do you need to merge the files and codes together?
