By now it is clear that i have moved on from the Source community to other games and communities. I have been making Source sp-mods for around 12 years now and although it was great i had to stop with it. Source really gets old, at least for me, and there are so many great games and editors out there that i simply had to move on. Also does the Source community get smaller day by day.

After i stopped with Source in 2016 i believe i didn't do anything for a while. Quit odd because i always mapped daily for many, many hours. But suddenly i didn't feel that anymore, and also didn't i know which game i wanted to map with. I did some small side track projects, maps that didn't take much time to make. So was there the side scroller game Serious Sam Bogus Detour, i made 2 levels with, named Ship Wreck,which can be found here;

After that i did notice that i could make levels with the funny side scroller Broforce, and in a few weeks i made 12 very challanging levels with it. The Broforce community seems to apriciate those so much that they all became tranding topic in the Broforce online custom map section. You can find the first level here, (still need to upload the other to Moddb, but they are already uploaded to the games server so they are fully playeble);

And then came Far Cry 5, i had been waiting for this game for quit some time now. And as soon as i had my hands on it i started mapping with it. Awesome stuff, although making sp (single player) maps with it is quit hard. Because there is no coding at all possible. To call it simply, all you can do is build a world and place enemies in it, you can make them spawn in 5 waves but that is all. No triggering of any events, not even the option of placing save triggers. Which mean that when you die you have to start all over from the beginning of the level. This all made me decide to stop for now with Far Cry5 mapping and go on with Dying Light mapping. Here is my FC5 map;

I am almost done with my Dying Light level, it has tons and tons of coding options. To be honest, it has to much for my liking, lol. But, it does give me the change to do whatever i want with it, and the game itself is simply awesome! One downside is that the game is already 3 years old, so the DL community is not so big anymore as it was as when it was just released. But, i still want to make at least one map with it. As soon as i have it uploaded i will make a page for it here.

Hi Spy maps, first i want to thank you for your incredible mod Strider Mountain which is one of my favourite hl2 mod ! ^^ ( i don't have an opinion about coastline to atmosphere beacause it's a broken mod now unortunately) , to be honest i really didn't like the closure mod but hey , everyone can have his own opinion !:)

Well, i wanted to talk to you about your Final Project mod , i download it and i download the source sdk patch 2013 , and i got all of the source sdk base and all of the half-life games installed but your mod is broken... :/ Everytime i want to play it , the soldiers at the beginning are just ghost with floating weapons ( they don't appear, there is just some floating weapons ) and when at the beginning i arrive to the cutscene where the fast zombie go to the "Final Project" logo , the cutscene continue while i'm shooting and i can't do anything , the game just stay on the view of the cutscenes ( it also happens a lot in strider mountain but reload the game fix that ) but in the final project , i reload and reload the game and it's not fixed. I really wanted to play it , can you please do something if you have time or if someone have a solution please ? Thank you for your time in advance , and i'm really really sorry about my bad english, i'm french. Anyway, keep up the good work on the wonderful universe of the half-life franchise ! :D

Thanks for your comment and i will sent you a pm to make sure you get my message. About the problems, it is such HUGE shame that valve keeps updating steam and ther engine because that is what is causing all these errors. When i released the mods they worked fine for 100%. But over the years i have been fixing them because of errors caused by Valve. This is probably the 6th time or so that i need to go back in. Am thinking about compiling ALL mods on the latest source version so they all work fine again. Have been thinking about this for at least 6 months although i hasetate because it will be weeks of work, and that while most people already played them. Some people will maybe decide to play them again then, which could end up in them getting disapointed because they may think i will have changed things. Which will not be the case then, i only recompile then.

Wish the best of luck to you. In the future for your Cryengine development. Maybe, one day you will creating something greater for the public to appreciated, that company nowadays had failed to delivered to everyone.

Thanks, i am still not sure what to do next. Have said it will be the Cryengine but now i am not sure anymore. Just need to think some more before i start with a new huge project.
