Glad to see the ai engagement distance is on the to do list. I remember playing the old battlefronts and being able to shoot at enemies far away but they were just past the limit so they ignored it. Might do lots of good on the really open maps like hoth and geonosis. Also, if this mod increases weapon damage like I suspect it does, will you increase the reinforcement count so the battles dont end to quickly? Have you already dealt with this?

That's not true. There are many good mods that mechanically improve Stalker without changing the game itself, in fact most mods do that. If people are disappointed with Stalker 2 they have the right of it, the modders have been carrying this series for a decade. Obviously this is moddb everyone is free to create and download what they like I am not arguing that but the amount of EFT fans flooding the Stalker mods is kind of strange and I don't understand why they want to change a game when EFT already exists and to be honest is more optimized that Anomaly. I don't know what Stalker 2 will be like but if it is true to the series than many of the newer people from EFT who never even played the actual Stalker games will probably not like it. Nothing against the EFT fans but it seems like they are playing the wrong game, unless they really do like Stalker as it's own universe.

I still don't understand exactly what this does, maybe I am just not comprehending it. The only sound issues in my game are that the old 2000's era ambient noises are still low quality. Maybe if I try this out I will realize how bad the sound was lol.

You can use the wristwatch? What exactly does it do when you use it, tells time when you toggle it or shows up on your wrist model?

I wasn't aware that there was was a conflict. I played with both mods and was fine, although I really didn't get far in the story.

Because some files overlap causing you to either choose JSRS or the animations to work. Yes, you can play with both its just that reloads will still sound horrible while the gunshots are higher quality etc. I play with both regardless of that, I just want a patch so they work well.

As of now there is no mod to bring back the old UI. There is the Dead Misery UI mod but it's pretty low quality.

Can you make a patch for JSRS weapon sounds?

Sadly this doesn't seem to work with rc versions. The minute you shoot an npc the screen goes black and the game crashes with no error log. If you find out what is causing this a patch would be amazing.

gpu - gtx 1660 super cpu - amd ryzen 5 3600 and I have 16 gb of ram. Drivers all up to date. If I am in Zaton and I look towards the center of the map there is a massive drop in fps although it is still ****** in general there. Hope that helps. I am going to try rc19 today I hear it is better optimized.

Any solution to the unplayable fps in the Call of Pripyat maps? I tried almost every graphical option and Alfie disabled and it doesn't change much. My computer shouldn't have any performance issues with this game so are you guys working on optimization in an upcoming update?

I finally got this mod and was exited for a new story but the constant ambient screams and howls were ridiculous. I heard one about every seven seconds in this mod and I stopped playing on the first day. If someone knows how to make a mod to significantly decrease the frequency of the ambient noises I would really appreciate it and would gladly get back to playing.

Is this mod supposed to make my rank improve extremely fast? I got experienced then the next in-game day i was already professional, and I am even using the less rewarding deaths.

Possibly Trader Overhaul but I see no overlap of files. I think this might be some kind of bug.

My game crashes to the desktop when i go to Butcher or Fanatic and ask for a job. No error report pops up just the windows error sound.
