How do I make the AI capture derricks and tech cannons on other maps?

I think I'm having crashes when there's an EMP & Napalm gen in the game. Can anyone else confirm?

First of all, thanks for keeping this mod alive!
I had a good laugh when I saw two Jet Lis as EMP and Napalm general

One bug I've encountered is China Rouge general seems to be causing a crash.

Edit:
-Tremor Artillery seems to have a weird damage area that some units/buildings doesn't get damaged by the explosions.
-AI crashes the game when using China Rouge
-China Artillery's Typhoon MLRS is missing from war factory but still in general promotion
-China Artillery's Artillery Platform does not automatically target enemies
-(not sure if bug or changed) Troops no longer shoot out of Osprey
-Republic Guards melts through everything as if they were Delta Force but with anti air
