I believe it has to do with the technology called "Doctrine: Indirect Aerial Warfare"

Having issue in campaign in about 1916 in both of the two campaigns I ran (once as Spain, and once as Italy) the game crashes as I wait for my next turn.

Just kidding, the mirrors are back up.

There are no mirrors to download which kinda sucks because I wanted to try this mod.

I've messed with this mod a bit and it is best to just download .9 instead of .95, most people have said they can't launch the game with this version of the mod.

Good mod, probably never quite as good as TLD mod was for original Mount and Blade
