the latest version of modified VCRE+darkage can be used with Balance mod ?

Does the mod have viking conquest naval and ship control system or just native ?

Did you use the modmanager for non steamversion , if you dont use the steam version , also make sure your using update 18

There is a submod that do just that gor this mod , search for it in Twcenter.

I dont know if this should go here but i downloaded the last version . Instaaled the 6.3 and then the 6.4 and i saw thst there is a fan made patch 1.27 to the bugs and ctds but when i start the game all factions have like -37656756 in their economy is this notmal ?
