i have both 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 installed so i can compare things side by side.

this update seems to have a LOT of major problems while offering fixes that i dont even notice or care about.

it only took about 15 minutes for the game to utterly break for me with no mods installed.

this is the progression.

1. started as loner.
2. got mission from sidorovich to visit librarian.
3. took the route to great swamps thats in cordon between military checkpoint and rookie village.
4. come up to small village in the swamps near clear sky base, which is overrun by renegades.
5. all renegades except one are standing around the campfire staring at it with no animation. the fire isnt even lit.
6. the one renegade not locked into the "stand at campfire" ai task starts shooting at me so i shoot him and kill him.
7. no other renegades respond at all.
8. i walk right up into their faces an inch away and try to talk to them, but cant. start wondering wtf is going on. light the campfire for them.
9. shoot one of them in the head in full view of the others. no reaction.
10. shoot the rest one by one in the head with a makarov. no reaction. they just allow themselves to be killed.

not disguised at all and war mode/dynamic faction relations or whatever not turned on. just the regular game with accessible zone ticked.

if it was something less egregious i could see past it, but this makes the game so buggy its unplayable for me. gonna just stay with 1.5.1 for now until theres a hotfix or i will just end up endlessly frustrated.

it seems like when using this mod if you set ai to "elite" instead of "normal" it becomes virtually impossible to win any battle in galactic conquest. the enemy ai will become "elite", but your own ai will remain at "normal" so no matter how many enemies you kill personally or points you capture you will lose from ticket loss.

yes because the "dcg" in goh is not a dynamic campaign generator. its a broken "conquest mode" ported from the awful game call to arms and its infinitely inferior to your mod.

if you dont want to work on the mod anymore at least release the source files so that other people can adapt it to goh or mow2.

i love the mod but there's a probelm with the mp5sd6. if you walk too close to a wall, making your character lower the weapon, then when you move away from the wall they'll never raise it again. ironsights also seem to be broken on some guns. please fix this because i love this game. thanks.

i really like the concept of this mod. reminds me a lot of escape from tarkov. it adds another layer of depth and thought.

it is too problematic to play with though as it stands. like other people have said, the game crashes often at strange times.

also, the fact that you can not find these magazines on bodies or anywhere outside of a trader. why not add a death_generic.ltx or other files to your mod to allow them to spawn in the world/be taken as part of a starting loadout?

hope that you will continue to develop this mod. it's really cool.

Totally unable to host a server. Forwarded all the ports correctly and everything, but nobody can join (not even me) and of course it doesn't show up in the server list. How do you do it?

I noticed this too. Was wondering.

Changed all the "0, 0" ones to "0, 1". Hopefully this will make it as normal. I assume that if the RNG hits something like 0.71 the items won't spawn and that only if it hits 1 will they spawn. Not really sure. Going to experiment.

2 things.

1. Will you release a 5.5 or 6.0 version for Assault Squad 2?

2. Is it possible to make all the map/unit/campaign configs external? That way if someone wanted to use DCG with some mod or with BoE or some spinoff game they could just spend their own time plugging in the classnames for it. People could customize DCG to their own liking relatively easily. I was able to manipulate some of the files for the MoW Vietnam DCG and the outcome was splendid.

Hey, Janitor. I saw your HUD mod for COD4 Remastered. I was wondering if you were aware of a way to remove the music in the singleplayer campaign. Do you have any method of doing this, or even an idea?
