On what hard drive is your Empire at War installed? make sure the Remake mod is installed in your mod folder and dubble click the .bat file.

3.3 is for Steam only, since retail and GOG have some major bugs that the Steam version hasn't, I recommend getting the Steam version, maybe G2A has a nice deal on it.

Freighters add more money to a planet, I suggest using a Lucrehulk freighter on Bespin for way higher planet income.

Nope i'm afraid not, the Steam version is patches to adress this specific bug and couple others, Petroglyph/Disney never patched the disc version and likely never will.

Well, I redownloaded Warband and PoP, and made SURE Warband is up to date, and still no battle sound after a hour playing, like sword slashes or bow string sounds, And no I started a new game on 3.9.3.
Restarting the game fixes it though.

I encountered multiply bugs:

1. some horses have black textures.
2. Sound dissapears (e.g., sword slashes)
3. game crashes on random occasions, after 1 or 2 hours playing.

Using latest PoP, and Steam version of Warband.
So bad installation, or something else?
But so far I'm enjoying PoP :)

Try Windows 7, or XP Service pack 1 or 2, Just try what is best for you.

Use the 4gb patch if you use the GOG or disc version, other than that I also got lag and I use the Steam version, you might also try to run it in compactability mode?

First problem: 2 out of 3 times my game crashes if I want to skip the intro.
And second force choke doesn't seem to work all the times, if I want to choke a npc my character just raises his hands and nothing happens or after 2 seconds after force choking my character just stops choking the npc.
