I managed to fix it, i noticed that the squad was in church siting there, i trew a grenade, they turned from green to yellow and then their task was triggered back.

I can't leave the marsh(swamp) the last squad wont come :|"Secure the path to the Cordon by capturing the adjacent possition", i killed all Renegates, i cleared the path of mutants but the squad wont come :|
