I will never get this. I do not understand why people would complain about this, I like neutral factions staying neutral. Spain getting conquered by Britain just looks so dumb on the campaign map. I like the immersion that 6.0 has and the hotfix for it involving artillery is great and reduces crashing, however this one is ****. I want it to be clear I am not bashing the devs, I am bashing people who complained to the devs about not being able to declare war on certain factions and I hope when 6.1 is added they keep the restricted historical immersive campaign because this is so dumb.

Actually, the Russians caused massive Austrian casualties during Przemysl, like 75% casualties where on Austrias side, cause Russia was far better.

Also during 1917, I believe as it is hardcoded, you still will be able to take sides during the Russian Civil War, so you could still pick to be the Russian Empire, but then you will still have to fight White Russia. I will probably actually play this way, and imagine white Russia being a alternate version where it is more a second coup by Fascists against the Tsar rather than the actual historical version. I will try to take Constantinople and continue waging war against the Turks while fighting rebels in my own empire, it will be rather chaotic and fun.

I am so excited. My Birthday is in three days as well (Nov 14th) and I will get WWI Imperial Russian Greatcoat. I will obviously be playing Russia when the mod releases and resisting the Reds till the end.
