is it possible to install this through desura for steam special edition?

when i install mod, it says it does not appear to be installed andi should try to reinstall it. i have done this, but no luck. help?

The Worst part is since this was never marked as released, it will never be on desura. Sigh. when will people stop putting their real lives ahead of other peoples video game ones? nah but i hope you can get it done someday soon man, admire the work.

Ground combat AI is not the best, for many add on faction they dont use anything but preatty basic infantry even on hard

can someone put the launch code that you need to use it on steam? mine will work if i have it, i just took it out and it is not appearing on the list. i will write it down after this.

can someone make a starcraft halo mod? i would but i cant figure it out. i love halo wars but cant always play it and the 360 controls can be annoying. please!
