I think the devs should include these files with xash.

In the media folder there are only the music .mp3's , and i think that the game is triying to find the UI sounds there while they are in valve/sound/UI, but even if i copy them to valve/media there is no sounds in the menu.

Yes i did, but this only happens in the main menu, the rest of the sounds of the game work fine.

When i hover the mouse or click any item in the main menu i don't hear the sounds, im using xash with the steam version of half life.

Please tell me that you are using the Xash 3d engine

Is there any .fgd for mapping?
