If thos is acting as an normal mod you need kingdoms (or at least one DLC).And it (if it act`s as an normal mod) should`t be in data but in mods folder.
Edit:Oh sry I thought that this is full mod and not an patch.

Does war without end act as mod or I need to install it into teutonic DLC?

Hud is completly white.

I was wrong.Only camping AND sieges crash.

To me battles don`t crash just camping.

I will try spread the word of this mod on nexus.And who knows maybe someone will come and help you.I would love to help but I have -350% knowledge in programming and that stuff.
