Mod seems good, later start date seems logical, we dont have to go thru erly colonisation of rebel settlements using only two units of spear militia and mailed knights, i love how the AI seems active, with me playing as France already being in war with milan and england by turn 8. The new UI looks very proffessional, one of the best aesthetics ive seen in any mod.
That being said, im little confused by cavalery, they seeem too tough. In campaing, i was attacking settlement with only handful of units defending it, and i managed to split them up with main gate defending only by single general unit, yet he managed to hold 3+ spear units alone. So i run some test, custom battle that is with AI controlled feudal knights vs me controlling 1 armored spearman (receiving the charge) + 1 spear militia (attacking from flank). In both vanilla and kingdom expansion all knights died almost instantly, but in mod they managed to pull off 3 charges, killing 60% of both spearman units, until they routed with like 15% strength left. Its not that they kill fast, its just they seem to be unable to die. So i just need a tip how one should deal with them, beacouse even sending one cavalery againts other last too long.
