Mod seems good, later start date seems logical, we dont have to go thru erly colonisation of rebel settlements using only two units of spear militia and mailed knights, i love how the AI seems active, with me playing as France already being in war with milan and england by turn 8. The new UI looks very proffessional, one of the best aesthetics ive seen in any mod.

That being said, im little confused by cavalery, they seeem too tough. In campaing, i was attacking settlement with only handful of units defending it, and i managed to split them up with main gate defending only by single general unit, yet he managed to hold 3+ spear units alone. So i run some test, custom battle that is with AI controlled feudal knights vs me controlling 1 armored spearman (receiving the charge) + 1 spear militia (attacking from flank). In both vanilla and kingdom expansion all knights died almost instantly, but in mod they managed to pull off 3 charges, killing 60% of both spearman units, until they routed with like 15% strength left. Its not that they kill fast, its just they seem to be unable to die. So i just need a tip how one should deal with them, beacouse even sending one cavalery againts other last too long.

Regarding shotgun spread balance, may i suggest an additional option to reduce shotgun damage and/or number of pellets? While vanilla shotgun is unreliable and borderline random, modded makes it overpowered. Enemy shotgunners who use already thinner spread shot only 7 pellets compared to player 13. I think such optional nerf should balance reduced spread, even more when the mod gives access to double barreled shotgun in base game.

I have a problem with this game, i'm guessing it is my AMD video card not liking the lighting tech in this game. Everytime i load a new level, i getting severe fps drop and lags. After traversing some distance allowiing more of the level to load the lags dissapear, but you know the frustration when there are enemies next to level start or whatever.

I'm 100% sure it is the fault of dynamic shadows, beacouse swithcing them off in options fixes the problem. The problem is, that it only works in 1.1 patch. You cannot switch shadows off in 1.2, theres no diifference between "off" and "low" setting in options, and 1.1v patch is VERY unstable, so theres no point in downgrading.

I heard there was similar problem with video card, or video card drivers in Thief 3, and was fixed in similar patch to VU. Does anyone know any solution, maybe one from Thief or from own experience, how to make this game run smoothly?

Snipers are OP. No, not OP, there total ********. They break your stealth from mile away, they can see you thru wall and shoot you when you walk by the window on the other side of buidling, and you cannot escape them - i heard about irl snipers hitting a target a kilometer away, but hitting a target moving 80 mph in car in night? C'mon

Also, patrolling cars, i dont know how to avoid them, when i see them, they see me, and before i got a chance to fire back i am already losing 2-3 segments of health and had to waste syringes on something i cannot avoid.

Other than that - i'm having a time of my life. FC2 was already a masterfully immersive game, but with this mod i am even more involved in world.

Theres a bug in Death Row level (E:1 M:3). Duke dont lose any weapons. You cannot select them with number keys however, even after you pick them up.

How can i restart riot engine settings? I choose wrong audio driver and i have no sound. i tried reinstaling and deleting config fiels and it still saved somewhere
