Hi, I'm using the -200% gear rattle, still it's too loud for me, I would like to get it -400%, that's the only issue I have right now, added over 50 mods over it, and everything looks great.

Nah, it doesn't they practically use the same files so they overwrite each other, but at the end, I reverted back to Alife Revamp, this mod, although at the beginning, makes the zone feels more alive, it quickly becomes a warzome, after a ingame week, duty and stalkers destroyed the bandit base, Freedom lost everything but army warehouses, oh, and mercs tried to overrun the bar with over 50 guys at the second day, no need to say the HMG emplacement chewed them up nicely, this amount of fighting kinda breaks the immersion for me, as none of the main games you see that, not before a immense build up though.

If this mod has offline combat, then it's the base I'll follow, all other mods become secondary, although his mod have some kind of resource holding, there's no offline combat.

Anyway, thanks for the answer, now I have to download this mod and reinstall all mods to make this work haha, long work ahead.

Hey man, how about getting a slower increase in Rank and Reputation, usually I get master rank within a week ingame, too fast...

I think I remember the 1.5 having something like it.

Hi mate, your mod is a must have for me, however, I use this other mod which I'm 100% sure it's gonna have some conflict, TRX's A-life Revamp (https://www.moddb.com/mods/call-of-chernobyl/addons/trx-a-life-revamp)

I'm sure this mod only messes with factions, while his is a "semi-complete" overhaul changing everything from mutants to zombies to factions (in fact I had to remove some spawns from his mod, too many zombies spawning everywhere) but his mod doesn't have offline combat.

My question is, does this one have it?
I mean, the real combat, not just squads moving around all maps, and only fight when you're in that specific map.

I'm asking this because I'll have to remove that mod, install yours, and look for any conflict with other mods and that will take a while, and I'll be frustrated if this one doesn't have offline combat.

I do use JSGME, which is exactly why I dunno what has happened, warfighter is active and only your mod has overwritten it's files, in fact, I had done some smaller scale modifications to Damages.ltx myself, yet they aren't there, it's looking like the vanilla file...

I had some weird crashes last month, they corrupted some internal game files, so I had to restore a few, maybe that explains it

After scrutinizing my game files, I found out some mod modified my Damages.ltx file, which one I can't tell, but that's exactly what broke everything, I'm fixing it right now

After playing a lot with this mod, there's only 2 things wrong with it

1. First and foremost, no offline combat (only the warfare mod has it), seriously, this mod makes the zone so alive, the lack of this makes it not lore friendly, this needs to be done A.S.A.P

2. Too much zombie spawning in "rookie maps" like Cordon, Garbage, Swamp and so on, the problem isn't the "amount", but the "quality", I mean, you get out of the rookie village, you find a zombie squad, kill then somehow, there you go, a top tier weapon, if you could change these zombies to be carrying shotguns, mp5s, Ak-74us, I'd have no problem with it, finding AKMs, Grozas, G-36s and all top tier weapons so easily like that is kinda ******

**** yeah, this mod is great, BUT, I'm uninstalling it because it conflicts with TRX: A-Life Revamp (3.1), and you can live with being shot with a MP5 in a Exo and still losing half of health, but that mod adds so much things and balance to the game, yours kinda removes it, mostly damage to enemies, like, everyone dies with a nice shot to the chest with my FN2000 (OWR), even zombies, that mod made it like half the magazine was spent before they died (zombies of course, standard stalkers died with 2 to 5 shots in the chest)

Seriously, any clue on why this is happening?

I'd love to use both mods, I really want this

How hard would it be to port OWR's Nimble's FN2000 that comes with a GL to AO?
I don't think I can do that, otherwise I would, if someone would point me to a explanation on how to, I'd do it, I just love that gun, I must have it

Cuz' I'm seeing a lot of monos with high end gear in the garbage, if not, this is the only thing this mod needs

I posted on the mod that increased your mod respawn times, and I had the idea to completely remove respawn from smarts that aren't currently owned by certain factions, rather, it would only spawn if they own it, making way for new quests, like clear sky, a squad wanting to take a smart from enemies or mutants, would ask the player for help, would it be possible to work like this?

And Smarts would spawn mutants if they're unoccupied

BTW, I found a nice way of testing if the update works, use that drug that make you pass out for emissions.

The game changes weather when the clock turns from IE. 00:59 to 01:00, and no matter how long you sleep, the game will count as if no time has passed, because you missed 01:59 to 02:00 change and so on

If you use the drug, you'll pass out for 45-50 minutes, so just wait that 10 minutes and the next hour change, if it don't change, do it again, repeat 2-4 times, if the update worked, on one of these changes, the weather will change instantly.

Tried it twice, with 3 drug uses, and it worked on both

Nice explanation you got there, and it got me thinking, it would be possible to custom respawn times for each map, for like, let's say I let rookie village 24h, but Car Park 72 hours in cordon, and bandit base 24h, but southern farm 72h in dark valley.

The explanation for that is that A-Life revamp all maps online is pretty neat, stalkers often travel several maps, with respawn timer that high, they wouldn't travel as much, as all smarts are already taken by respawns.

In fact, would it be able to let smarts spawn only if it's already taken by a certain faction?

I mean, using car park as an example, it wouldn't spawn bandits, unless a team from dark valley get there by traveling...

I guess this idea would fit better with TRX himself

A little suggestion, could you make zombies stick on their maps? or at least make fewer travel to other maps, cuz' they travel fast AF and are on every map, and they're too much like "free stuff," specially those with AKMs and other high end gear

You know, I didn't use questlines because of it's laziness, I mean, I really wanted to know what I was about to go after before accepting it, and the fact that every stalker would only offer you one quest at a time, I mean, for random stalkers, that seems ok, but for main quest givers like Sid or barman, that seems stupid...

For a mod that's supposed to make quests better, that's a huge back step...

Anyway, are these fixed with this one?
I'm interested in starting a new gameplay with this mod and it's own mods, but I don't want to start a new games and find things as bad as 1.3 CoC
