Gorgeous models, but what happened to Cardolan being green? If they had a mix of that red with green, they would look even more amazing imho

Hell yeah! They look great. Maybe make the green a tad bit lighter, it looks a bit too close to the black of Arthedain imho.
Damn, they look great! Will Cardolan be getting a new bodyguard as well?
I think having them as unlockable units for Austria and the HRE makes more sense than representing them as mercenaries. In the 15th century Landsknechte were still largely the Imperial troops of Emperor Maximilian, it was only really in the 16th century that rulers from across Europe employed them as mercenaries.

That is the latest preview for the HRE, not sure if the faction has been worked on since. Also the mod is supposed to have units from untill the year 1500.
Damn those guys look really bad@
They look realy cool, love the officer especially
What a cool unit idea!
Love it! This has to be one of the coolest and most unique custom maps so far
Sounds good. Thanks for replying.
I also have to say that I am not a big fan of the red skirts they are wearing. Scale armor like that seen on some of the other units would be more appropriate imho.
These are the only one that I feel looked better before. They looked much more intimidating and I loved their old helmets.
Really like the dark Gondorian vibe of these guys, very nice.
Those look really cool, nice improvement
Btw what happened to these guys? Moddb.com
Just wondering how will you get the AI to use them properly? Wont it just try to use them like regular chariots?
OMG! Yes! This is AWESOME!
I feel like the administrative and bureaucratic reforms of Philip Augustus should be reflected in one of the faction traits.
Btw are the quotes used in the faction traits historical or made up?
I think that is just the faction trait, not the actual faction name. The faction name is Crown of Aragon. I assume Catalonia is mentioned by name in the faction trait to express the strong Catalan influence on the Crown of Aragon.
Wow seems like you guys are really making some quick progress, nice!
This just looks amazing!
Ah that makes sense. And I totally agree with the decision to make knights a major part of armies from the start.
The system of settlements that you are describing sounds really awesome and historically accurate.
Nice progress, although I'm pretty sure that demesne is a term for landed property and not a building, maybe something like noble manor would be more appropriate.
Agree 100%, especially considering that nationality wasnt really a thing in the medieval period to begin with. With some exceptions, people would mostly identify with their principality/lord/city/region/religion, but not with what we perceive as a nation today.
Maybe the name is a bit sinister for a unit for one of the good factions?
Have you actually seen the type of quality that this mod's team produces? There is definetely nothing draging down the quality of this mod.
Because it looks awesome.
