after creating the options.ini I had to set the properties of the .exe file to run in XP SP3 compatibility mode. Try that and see if it helps. Also make sure you are updated to the 1.04 patch for ZH.

Starting to feel kinda stupid right now. I have installed this but when I run the game it's only the normal G:ZH, not the ROTR game. Am I possibly missing a step here? I'll be honest, I'm used to installing mods for C&C3; but still, I ran the installer and it doesn't appear to be working.

that's pretty much how you shoot an aircraft down anyway, punch a bunch of holes in it. They aren't armored like tanks so it doesn't take much to rip them apart. Even missiles don't directly impact their targets. They get within a certain range and detonate, sending lots of shrapnel into the unlucky plane.

Typically shock waves expand as they propagate from their source. Even light does this. So yes I think it should widen out as it leaves the projector. An interesting question is, can you make it so that it loses effectiveness at maximum range?

Yes, but we don't use jeeps anymore due to the lack of armor (at least the US doesn't). We use Humvees which have smaller windows and can have armor plates installed. They are still fast.

my only complaint is that is a LOT of glass. Makes for a lot of vulnerability.

not sure if another country has phoenix missiles, but the ones we used here in the US were air to air, and very large. In fact only the F-14 could carry them, and since we no longer use the F-14, we no longer use the phoenix.

And like Helge stated, large missile like that and the AIM-120 use "boat tails" to cover the exhaust port.

Not sure where you get the idea the A-10 is a piece of crap. We have nothing in our current inventory of aircraft that can even remotely do what this ugly monster is capable of. Even the F-16 isn't anywhere as successful against tanks since it was built as a strike fighter, not a tank killer. It can't take the abuse the A-10 can, flies literally too fast to really take on hard targets like tanks unless you have some fool on the ground lighting them up with a laser. If you want tanks dead, use an A-10. You want aircraft dead, use an F-22. As for buildings and such, take your pick, either will get the job done. But then why not call in a B-1B or B-2 and make SURE they don't rebuild!

lol, why is the poor astromech droid stuck in the very (vulnerable) front of the ship like a radome? Fantastic looking ship, either way!

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but one of the race gates in the Hovis mission (single player) keeps bouncing my ship around. I can't fly through it at all. The mod is pretty nice, but the Hovis race part really has me irritated.

I still think it should have some kind of burrowing ability. Or at least an ambush ability. The rounded top looks like it could fold down and disguise itself as a boulder and then SURPRISE! Your face just got melted!

Not to nit-pick, but the description says "Reaper-17" but the pic is of "Traveler-59". Caused a bit of confusion (a bit, I knew what you meant) at first. Mod looks great, loving the 0.7 build so far.
