Does the same apply for GDI's anti-infantry defensive structure?

How do we deal with AT infantry then? With units or are the other (AT?) turrets moderately effective against infantry instead of pathetic as in the case of base TibWars?

Units. And heavy defenses. Tier 1 defenses have less range than AT infantry, but AT infantry isn't all that good against defenses. The heavy defenses, like the Obelisk and the Firestorm cannon have more range than all units exept for artillery.

How about the gun hiding in the ground and at the same time having less range? It could be a great trap for infantry inside the own base.
