Hi, just an idea...

Swiss knives or grooming kits have the same value for crafting whether they are 5% or 100%.
So optimal method would be:

If an item can be disassembled with swiss knife or grooming kit and there is one in inventory above 15% use it. Else use multitool.

Unless i'm not aware of some other mechanics in game or uses for s.k. or g.k.

ok, I think you might have uploaded the old file.
I have previously installed v0.2.4 (downloaded on 20.02.2021)
and just now downloaded v1.1
and both .ltx files are identical in both archives.
also have the same the same date and time (modified)

I don't know if it's by design or error but options:
3 Vanilla
and
4 Vanila + Trader Overhaul (More Outfits)
files are exactly the same (no difference in .dds or .ltx)

There is a possible typo in weapon_sounds.ltx carried over from Blindside's I think
in lines 202 and 212:

snd_switch = weapons\ak74\ak74_switchtch
should be
snd_switch = weapons\ak74\ak74_switch

got CTD yesterday with:

"c:\anomaly\bin\anomalydx11avx.exe" -smap2048 -dbg
* phase time: 0 ms
* phase cmem: 723930 K

Loading objects...
! Can't find sound 'weapons\ak74\ak74_switchtch'

and runs ok today after fix.
But could be just coincidence not sure.

Please correct me if i'm wrong...

But since merging this mod, with other mods I have, It looks to me that what this mod does, is getting rid of differences between factions in a sense, that all factions have the same quality squads.

The feeling that military are squads are better ... will be gone.
Because they used to spawn, with higher tier troops, even in novice squads.. Now, all the squad tiers in each faction are exactly the same.

I'm not sure how this is going to work with Warfare Alife Overhaul.
W.A.O. capitalizes on difference in squads quality by differeanting other factors specifically in Alife Overhaul Preset.

But this mod is getting rid of squad-power differences between factions.

Please correct me if i'm wrong !!!
Because I think I broke my game
since I didn't fully understood what it does, before merging it.

I might be overreacting. Will see in game.

Hi, I have some questions not all related to this specific mod:

1) earlier today you uploaded:
Dynamic_NOCTURNAL_Mutants_v1.2_for_Anomaly_1.5.1.rar

now we get:
Dynamic_NOCTURNAL_Mutants_v1.2_for_Anomaly_1.5.1.2.rar
and
___spawn_dynamic_nocturnal_mutants.script <-this changed

mod version is the same, but anomaly version changend.

There are 2 options to get anomaly on imdb:
Torrent called anomaly "Anomaly-1.5.1.7z", or direct download "Anomaly-1.5.1.2.7z"
I picked torrent option and installed, and later downloaded Anomaly-1.5.1.2.7z to check if different
but these two files seem to be exactly the same (unless I checked wrong).

Latest change log I was able to find on "the Internets" was rc23 -> 1.5.1. Having said that...

What's changed 1.5.1 -> 1.5.1.2, if you install directly 1.5.1.2 does it say anywhere it's ver. 1.5.1.2 ?

2) Coming back to this mod name versioning, is it just oversight or latest upload is specifically for 1.5.1.2 because there is a difference in a base game.

I don't try to be mean, i'm just little confused and hope to get some helpful answers.

3) If this mod is run together with Warfare Alife Overhaul (currently 1.3.3)
and from what I understand, mutants spawn only around player (radius and numbers depending on presence slider), and the player stays at friendly bases at night.
Does it mean that only friendly bases/squads get killed at night ?

P.S.
Running all these mods becomes quite a challenge.
Once I discovered JSGME it was easier to maintain up to 10 mods.
Then I discovered Mod Organizer 2 and with some file merging I'm happily running 67 mods, lol. Ibb.co

Now I start to think, that soon we might need to go full pro... with something like:
"Anomaly GitHub Project" xD

Thank you, for your excellent addons !
Since, you went ahead so far with favorites and junk options.
I was wondering, if perhaps you could go a step further and implement somehow an option to have prefered/set loadouts.
Configurable either through file or in mcm menu.
Where player could specify what tools, food, drink, meds and ammo "quantities" he requires for his ventures. To automate coming to base, offloading, gearing up, and venturing out again.
Just a food for thought.

So, if I don't have a replacement part, toolkit charge is used to fix old one,
but if i do have a replacement part, toolkit is not needed because charge is not used ?
(that would be perfect solution imo).

or is it something else ?
