There was a new update today. The developer fixed the bug and now it launches properly.

I went and found the developer forum. They said they'll take a look later. I already updated to latest C++ redist before commenting on the issue

Same issue, the original one would update to 3.3 and crash when it relaunched.
The new direct link crashes right away without doing any updates. Ends on the same screen. Not sure what's up with that.
I'm using Windows 10, could that be the issue? Do you know if there are any logs for resource manager?
Edit: Found some logs in ProgramData folder, there's single line only though

I'm guessing because the app is coded with single date/time format in mind and that US and CAD Date time is different from Europe

Hey Not sure what I'm doing wrong but the GUI.exe the Resource manger crashes once the main screen loads up. This is the last thing I see before it quits without any errors. Imgur.com

So I want to try your mod, but also want MouseLook enabled from the GreyFace's Patch. How Do I install this Mod? Because If I Install GreyFace's Patch first then yours MouseLook doesn't work anymore.
Other way arround and classes don't work then. What am I missing?

Alot of whining going on here. Here's the deal, there are a few things that could have happened
1) Square Enix is known for it's thorough copyright protection, when Deus Ex:HR was being made, the infamous poster of Final Fantasy had to get approved by a legal team. Same thing could be happening here
2) Square Enix wants to update the steam version with newer update, like KOTOR II did, so they themselves are testing the mod as well
3) Square Enix might want to release a mobile port and is tasking Caustic Creative with the job
4) Greatest Hoax of all time, they have nothing (Very Unlikely)
5) Square Enix doesn't like the mod/ doesn't want it getting released for some reason (Also Unlikely, since talks with Square Enix are on good terms)

Downloaded the installer from here: Microsoft.com
Says I have Equivalent or newer version installed, You think I should fully uninstall and reinstall then? Is there a way to make advance effects work with DirectX 10 or OpenGL?

Found the fix, I like to start directly from System folder, but apparently there's another separate launcher outside in root folder

Also I have GMDX, HDTP and New Vision installed. But since 2027 has it's own launcher it shouldn't interfere right?

Playing through Deus Ex right now, Not sure if Bug from Deus Ex itself or your mod, but basically when you go to mole people's hideout and talk to leader, they all surrender. So everything is fine until you accidentally step on a rat, then **** hits the fan
