When playing as the IR is it possible to win the game without progressing through the tiers

I have been playing the IR and The NR have been spamming quasars with around 20-50 per engagement I have wonder what is the best screening vessel I have been using lancer frigates and Victory 1 type vessel, is there something better I can use and can we do something about the quasar spam it's lagging my game with the amount they bring in

I love the introduction of the Raddus within the mod , but it seems like it is just a Viscount from other mods, so if it is possible could you add it as a hero ship for the Resistance, and make other MC85 heavy cruisers craftable

have two questions
1. is there any new way to like go back to the orginal sins game from the Sotp menu
2. I have been only able to build up to 2 capital ships how do I fix that( what should i like build or research)
