I suggest you to fix some bows that should be placed on back of character but instead they are placed by his side on sword place. Also there are horses that are just too small, and destriers for Northmen are too big in my opinion, all horses should be as big as horses with padded armors for Reach, Stormlands etc.
I don't know why but torches glow with white light instead of fire and also names of towns, castles are glowing too. And you should make something with weapons that breaks so fast that soldiers fight using their own hands. Those are the only problems that bother me since version 1.0.

I was playing earlier versions of this mod few years ago and from what I remember if you conquered King's Landing you were able to have your very own Kingsguard.It's not possible now and I think it would be great to have this in future versions. (Maybe)

I don't know why but all the main characters are dying.Since I started the game as king Robert in 8300, all characters like Stark family, Tully, Arryn's and other were dying. I've got notification something about that GRRM took of their plot armors and decided that they should've die.
