A mod that makes each town in M&B: Warband it's own independent faction. It has Floris as base and it includes all the features. Altough the Troop Tree display is bugged for the additional factions for now, in the diplomacy overview not all faction relations are visible. If you notice any bugs please leave a comment so I can look into it. The game has a moderately long loading time when you start the new game, as it needs to initialize much more factions. I've always wanted to play a mod of this kind but there are so many diplomatic message pop ups every 2 or 3 days its a chore to play (takes 2 minutes to click through all of them sometimes). Is there a way to disable irrelevant diplomatic popups.
the way looks very good and i want to play one question i have well configured, there are bugs that i want to start my own kingdom

So, it seems anytime I try to click "Join the tournament", I get a CTD. I thought at first it might've been a bad download, so I downloaded this mod again and tried to attend another tournament but it still caused a crash. Thought I'd report it.
Try turning off advanced tournaments
Another thing you could add in is Zendor, as it is the prototypical Independent Town/Village in Mount and Blade. I'm not quite sure where Zendor would be located though. Perhaps at the border between the Rhodok Mountains and the lands of Swadia, by the river.
If you make custom troop trees, I suggest giving each troop tree only one branch. This puts an emphasis on conquering other territories for other units. Also, consider adding the ability to start as a monarch of one of the cities.
May I ask, how many lords are present in each factions?
currently Swadians, Vaegirs, Khergits, Sarranids have 5 each. Nords and Rhodoks have 6 or 7. Every town-faction adds up to the original 20/faction
