Reminds me of the old skool game Liero, awesome!

Can someone help me getting this to work?
I've put the .big in the data folder, and changed the shortcut to:
"snip" -w 1920 -h 1080 -mod HHFRC107 -overrideBigFile -luatrace

I don't get any errors, but it doesn't work either.

no, i downloaded the demo here. and then patched with those found here as well.
i have bought the game on steam now, and i think ill just play 1.4 for a week orso and patch then so they have had the time to fix stuff. or is there a right one somewhere?

well i did some research, and i do indeed need to dubbleclick my planet or the button in the top. well i did try that but it does completly nothing
help!

i may be the ultimate noob, cuz when i try the tutorial i cant seem to find a way to build the scout. when i right-click my home world i can only find a link for building structures but nothing even close to building ships. please help!

so little updates :(, i wound't mind if you'd atgive us a small update once per month, or every 2 weeks.

this is super lame! i installed this game again yesterday, and appertanly only the main game works with windows 7..

i'm one of the lucky ones i guess. i live in holland, nijmegen and my neigbour made a deal with some company to lay fiber while the streets where already open for repairs to the sewers or sumtin. cheap *** fiber, 100MB's speed limit. not that it is very usefull often, as most servers dont go even near that. still, i can download many things, game and stream at the same time without getting lagg of any kind. this kinda rules :D

for those intrested, HW2 works with windows 7 easily. install as normal, but make really sure you have the latest drivers, those auto installed by windows WILL make the game crash on start-up.

well, reinstalling didn't work at first. so i checked the maps for weird stuff, and i found what looks like a .big file from the warlords mod. dunno how i got there as i haven't played that one for a while, but it does work fine now.

thanks anyway. (i was using XP, but i'm installing windows 7 today to see if i can get it to work, i hope the vista fix works)

ok, thanks. i though so when i read it the first time. My problem then is that i cant choose "choose above" at all, it simply isn't there. i'll try reinstalling and updating hw2 again, maybe that fixes things, ill update on that later, hope it works.

someone help please, whilst loading a game, it crashes on the universe part.
i placed the .big in C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2\Bin\Release and started the game via the link in that rar file.
