How can I make it work on non steam portal?

Hi, I'm trying to get this work on a non steam version of hl2.
It is giving the gameinfo text error and if I remove the spaces from the mod folder name, it's working but chapter names and HUD elements are glitched. I somehow fixed the HUD elements but chapter names are still glitched.
How can I fix this?

Hi, I'm running this mod without steam but I have SDK 2013.
I tried to run it but it gives gameinfo error.
If I somehow manage to run it (by renaming folder to "portalprelude" , the mod works but the chapter names are glitched.
So I have a request, can you make mod folder name to a single word instead to two words, like I mentioned above?
