Has this been fixed? I downloaded the mod earlier today and had the ui issues. I deleted the two files you said to delete and it seemed to be working, but when I launched a battle I found the ui wasn't working again.

Been having some issues in a campaign battle on my Night Elf playthrough. Fighting a rather big battle, two full stacks of my forces against 3 varying sized armies of naga (they are all at least half full.) I tried twice and the game crashed immediately after finishing deployment phase. I tested some of the units present on custom and had no issues. I then went back into campaign battle after lower my graphics from the ones set up in the preference thing to medium quality and had the battle working fine until about half way through. I was stupid and zoomed in on a cluster of allied troops fighting naga sea serpents, and the mod crashed again. I don't know if you've had any issues with this unit or not before, but just wanted to bring it to your attention :)

Thanks for the replies! I'm guessing it's those giants causing the crashes then; I just did a quick custom battle with the human factions and had no problems at all. I'll try the night elves again tonight without giants in the army for now then :) Thanks for the replies, guys!

Have been playing more and enjoying it so far. Have continued to play my Khaz Modan campaign and have had minimal issues even playing the battles against Dark Iron. However, the few times I've tried custom battles, I always get a crash shortly after starting the battle. I also just now tried to start a campaign as the Night Elves and when I entered my first battle with them, the game crashed a little after getting my mountain giants into combat with the naga. I'll try some more custom battles after work tonight and see if lowering the graphics at all helps with that. Right now I'm thinking the giants may be a little unstable in battles currently (however, I haven't really had problems with the Molten Giants that the Dark Irons and some creeps in Northrend use so maybe I'm mistaken).

Is there a version of this where it doesn't change the ui so much? Or is there a way I can manually change that? Sorry, I love the cinematic view this gives but for me, I think I prefer the vanilla ui.

Have experienced some battle crashes on so far as Khaz Modan. I was starting a battle with the Dark Iron at Uldaman, Blasted Lands and the game crashed before battle started. I then tried a custom battle with the same factions and it crashed a few minutes in, I think when I tried zooming in but not for sure. I have installed the preference file and applied the 4gb patch awhile ago.

Fair enough :) I played the demo and liked their aesthetics and am looking forward to the units shown off in your YouTube videos! I am very excited for this mod and have been eagerly waiting for the first release. Keep up the great work, you guys are doing great!

Just curious, how differently will the different human kingdoms play? Like, for example, would Stormwind have stronger cavalry units while Stromgarde focuses more on stronger infantry? I'm only wondering because I know I'm going to do at least one campaign as Lordaeron.

Just curious, but will high elves and blood elves have any different units/mechanics, or are they just reskins of each other at the moment? I'd understand if that were the case since that's pretty much how they are in WoW lol.

Why does the Horde have access to skeletons? I can understand why the Dark Horde could but don't really follow why the new Horde would.

I think I know what you mean. I don't like the fact that AI armies can consist almost entirely as fighters from the Fighter's Guild. I agree that there should be some sort of cap on how many of them there should be; maybe like 2-4 per faction or something. They have it to where you can only have one unit of knight orders (like the Knight Mentors, for example) so I would personally like to see this be the same for guild recruitment. It's been kinda immersion breaking for me in my Daggerfall campaign when I'm invading Hammerfell and am fighting almost entire stacks of fighters from the guild rather than the Redguards. Of all factions you would think they'd be the last ones to use mercenaries haha.

I installed the hotfix patch but now it seems like the Imperial soldiers, archers, and spearmen skins seems to have been corrupted as they all now appear as silver surfers lol. Any work around for this?

Hey guys, I love the mod! Lately I've been having a lot of errors applying patch 1.2 to DAC. I had DAC working pretty much perfect but now I can't get it to work with the new patch. When trying to install patch 1.2, it gets about a third of the way through installing before I have to abort because of an Error 5, Access Denied. I've tried a lot of different stuff to get full access to the files but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried reinstalling TATW and DAC (had the same issues while trying to reinstall DAC but eventually got through it) but after reinstalling it, I still get the same error when I get to installing patch 1.2. Any idea what I should try to do to fix it? P.S., I did make sure to download with nothing else going on and made sure to do Administrator Access.
