I want to smoke what you're smoking. It literally only follows logic, biology, anthropology, etc. Black people should be the forefront of a Southern Fallout game, for instance, not a New England one.

I followed your Load Order suggestion (the patch + fate, then commonwealth, then everything else, then the synthesis.esp), the voices changed but not the textures (preston isn't as ugly but he is still dark-skinned). Jun and Marcy's voices changed but not their bodies lol

Yeah, the mod is dead, as Paradigm Worlds is doing what I wanted to do, but on steroids. Check that mod out!

Eventually, that is my plan. For now, I won't set up a player culture (so you can recruit the troops from the culture they belong to in each fief).

The "guns" will be a flintlock pistol and musket, and they will be very slow to reload. The first release will include them, but I'll see into it for later ones. Thanks!

For now, there will be one Asian faction, mainly around China, Japan and Korea. On later versions I'll look into other ones.

Towns will have, for now, three villages each; and the keeps will have one.

Nice, didn't think of that! I don't know if I'll include them in the early release, but I'll make plans for them. Maybe I even make 'mixed' faction, like the HRE branching off to a WW1 Germany or something like that.

The main decision right now is about the availability of the gunpowder technology for all the factions, even if the less advanced ones only have a lesser version of that. Feel free to suggest any faction or modification!
