Spent a lot of time playing and I am surprised at the sometimes random elements of the game being such early stages. In one of my latest colony attempts shortly after establishment my colonists were attacked by a large herd of white buffalo type creatures. My frustration at the death of my colonists and loss of the game was outweighed by my amusement that this had actually happened.
I would like defense systems to target animals, worm type creatures that go on a rampage are a pain.
I would also like to see the early introduction of water & colonist cleanliness triggers. Drinking water, showers etc
Research could do with a few additions early on like wall paint/ better food.
Cant wait to see the planed graphic changes as the Nutrient paste dispenser is an eyesore.
Being in pre-alpha this is a great game already and if you didn't back it then you have missed out :)

restore your PC to a point before you did ran the game installer
or
Find that DLL on the net download and place it in the correct folder.
ps - IE normally causes this error did you update that around the same time? if so re install it.

Sounds like a good idea, you thinking first or 3rd person? maybe top down RTS style?
