Okay so you've made a very successful mod and you have everything planned through
you've spent months working on the nights watch scene adding dialogue and textures then some idiot comes along and basically says "No change everything entirely" I quite like reading suggestions but you never know Cozur might already be working on something very similar to what you suggested so please the next time you ask for dragons and nights watch remember that he already has similar things planned whether it's a quest or faction he's definitely working on it.

What if when you do the targaryen quest around 50 days later the Blackfyres invade too? THINK about it Daenerys would lead the Targaryens and Aegon would reveal to be a Blackfyre and either become allied to House Targaryen or declare war on them!

Instead of white walkers being a faction just make them like average bandits in the north and give them like 200 Wights and they'd be able to attack anyone

Their siege system is so bad I lost 300 unsullied and 13 giants because of it...

If you had Dothraki and you'd cross the sea then yes they would freak out and make all the other troops uneasy but maybe having Ironborn Retainers or Grynir Pyke could give you +1 morale when crossing the ocean

It's based off the books so Renly WOULD have a kingsguard but they'd all have rainbow cloaks (That's not a joke) but Robb Stark never had kingsguard Stannis didn't I think the Targaryens would have some very loyal knights though
