Anyone else getting a crash when opening the contacts tab on PDA? Getting it quite often...

Completely purple screen is because of not working helmet mask overlay thingy, take it off to actualyl see anything, BUT everything is untextured and stuff... I have no idea how to fix this .-.

Good idea! It is true that it is often too easy to shoot them in the back.

Well, i want the game to be more difficult, and focus more on survival, but i like to explore a lot, and this takes a lot of running. And i mostly run only when im travelling, not when shooting or anything else. So it just takes much longer for me to get to one point to another.

Sure enough, but when i carry 5 KG less than the carry limit, i think it should be all right, the stamina drain is insane, and its honestly pretty shait that a trader wont buy a gun that is close to perfect condition. Why isn't it possible to just lower the price trader buys guns for?

There should be more gloves to choose between. :)

The game and area looks absoloutely gorgeous here, i can't even remember it 0.o

Okay, so misery works without crashing now without adding that patch, but i can barely run as a recon, and the carry weight is low....
Also, the trader wont buy some of my guns that are almost in perfect condition..

Can i get some help to manually change these things to the better? :/

IS it a problem on my end that Misery 1 (with and without patch 2) crashes a lot? Always when i go into the configuration menu it crashes. Also, it takes a LONG time before it loads.. :S
Anything i can do about it?

Any way to speed up the loading time? I understand that it has alot of stuff to load and all, but it taking up to 2-5 minutes is too long. :S

I have a good computer, and it runs M&B:W on maxed out settings just fine

Why is the download speed at 30-70 KB/S?

I remember when i played SoC on my laptop on lowest graphics and about 15-20 FPS all the time. I had so much fun, and felt so immersed even then.
With this mod, i cant describe how happy i am to re-visit this game.
Everything is so smooth, the graphics are looking superb and the guns feel much better now and the atmosphere is better than ever! I absoloutely LOVE this mod, and i will recommend it to everyone that havent tried it yet!

Well, most of my problems were with the pseudogiant and the goddamned cats. Actually many times with the snorks too. For some reason they leap insanely long now..
Its starting to get alright, after i got some upgrades and toned a bit on the enemies health and all.
It would be great if headshots were more lethal..

I edited "health" for both the Pseudogiant.ltx and cat.ltx..
But alright thanks, ill edit the headshot thing! I will tell you how it is afterwards when i get a chance to shoot one. :)

Im serious, ive seen other people complain on the pseudogiant.
i saw the grenade landed just with the giant and it exploded. I did that 7 times, used so much ammo, and had 10 other stalkers shooting at it. It wouldnt die. And not touched the vanilal weapons? The first enemies are annoying... Just the small cats can take 3-4 shotgun blasts to the face now... You really gotta power up the vanillas, or turn the enemies HP down, it just takes me out of the game when a cat has more health than i do.

Whats up with the difficulty on enemies?
3 shots to the head with an AK on a zombie. A magazine or 4-5 sawn off shots on those cats. WHAT THE HELL?
And right outside the safe-ship, one of those new mutants (big head with 2 arms) Single handedly killed about 10-15 stalkers... and me.. several times. Hit it with about 7 grenades and 3 magazines, but i had to give up...

Might be vehicles featured in DLC's. If you dont have a DLC, you can still play with them, but you will only see them as low-res because of "free version"

They will manage halfway to make it realistic.
Most of the time, people will run straight into the other team and shoot everywhere.
In vietnam, didnt they experience ambushes alot? that would be sweet

I tried it, liked it.
But i dont get it with the ammo bags or whatever they are.
When i drop them, they just dissapear, and after a while, all the ammo is used up. :(

I make a game for myself but get kicked for invalid steam ID... Wat.

After the park puzzle, theres no syringes at all... I died at carcass 20 times before i managed to escape, and now i die all the time at the pistol guys near the subway station...
