Why does v0.1 require SCP CB 1.2.4 but this one needs SCP CB v1.2.2/1.2.3?

Well, it still looks like they are, but it's gonna take a while considering that they are doing a huge update (why it is only 0.2.0, I don't really know it should be 1.0.0)
