There's a bugh where certain weather causes everything to turn transparent, i suspect it should be foggy but there's not actual fog anywhere and that makes stuff turn transparent over distance. Also whenb this haappens you can see "Panoramic mod" logo floating somewhere underneath you. other than that, looking great and feels like stalker should indeed

The mutant and population multipliers work a bit differently, they apparently determine the sizes of new squads that spawn but doesn't alter already excisting squads. To have the biggest effect you'll need to start a new game. If you change it midgame the change will happen gradually as squads get wiped out and the new values will kick in upon respawn.

EFT is Escape From Tarkov, a russian realistic FPS game, and in this case EFT refers to a mod that attempts to bring said games weapons to stalker series, and the binocs while not in eft currenty, are a part of the EFT mod. EFT binocs just have different model and some minor tweaks to the zoom values I guess, oh and different animations I guess.

I actually did this my self already, you have to change following line from none to what's below
found_snd = detectors\DA-2_beep1
I actually unpacked the sounds from Shadow of Chernobyl to get the authentic beep sound and it taks me back.

I couldn't figure out how to get the zoom in and out sounds to work tho. quite nostalgic

hmm, yeah, i guess i could move them out a bit, thing is I run ultrawide 3440x1440 with hud_fov set to 0.45 and actual fov set to 64 or something near that to make most of my screen realestate and the weapon mondels seem to block most of my screen if left un touched, any idea on the tracer issue?

Allrighty then: 2 problems: I tried using this with yims weapon tweaks with the tracers and all the nice things and every time a tracer is supposed to be created I get CTD instead:

if you got the time and interest maybe look into making a compatibility patch for body health system for anomaly, it adds limb damage and I see how these could work wonders together

yeaeh I got the same bug basically but to my hand, I can't apply permanent health to it, doctors don't fix limbs and even if I take a medkit and caffeine tabblets or what ever afterwards it won't convert to static health at all

Here's an idea to lessen the CPU load and all that with the snowfall, when it's a storm maybe add fog that blocks your view effectively, then reduce the max distance needed for the heavier snow particles, and make the slower rain more scarse, you think you could do that? by limitting your view distance and thus the max particle count on heavy snow should effectively cut down the load for better FPS, and the light snow fall would just be a bit lighter...

Some problems I noted during my playthrough, mostly to do with loot bias. During my playthrough I found around 8 to 10 tier 2 tool kits and 2 to 3 tier 1 and 3 tool kits, and ammunition was a bit too plentiful and varied, I would personally tone down the variety of ammo but keep the ammount about the same for non removed ammo types, finding a stash with 90 5.45 EP rounds seems plausible but finding those 90 EP rounds right next to 7 other types with matching quantities is alot. Everything was plentiful at the beginning but towards the endgame stash quality seemed to drop drastically. this might be a problem on my end tho.

also I suspect that this mod broke the "curious stashes" you get from visitting all the locations. they were total crap and a disapointment. Oh, and the guns in stashes are in really bad condition most of the time as you know.

other than those I found this to be almost a musthave mod for an enjoyable experience, really love it, keep up the good work!

Stash spawns heavily favor tier 2 toolkits and tier 1 to 3 tool kits are ultrarare, I just did a playtrough with about 200 stashes and I got 8 tier 2 kits, 3 tier 1 kit and 3 tier 3 kits, tho this might be a thing in another addon related to stashes and their increasing their content to provide more useful stuff for mid to late game.

May I ask how you fixed it, I just took the basic sounds and copied and renamed them in a bit different order and it seems to work, since if you did basicly the same I won't bother to update, btw thanks for the fast response!
