Yo, me and two other folks are having a problem with Ultima Ratio. Great mod, I love it, but we can't make custom races. There's is a maximum limit of zero traits, so we can't add any traits to out custom races. How do we fix this? Is there line we can alter in an xml file somewhere?

I'm having this same problem. Can't add any traits to custom factions because the limit is 0 traits.

Try waiting for a while. I had the same thing happen, I maxed everything but only got to 76/80 stone. I went around and fought some battles and other warlordy things and I got a message after a while and it was completed.
