I don't know UBI SOFT change color in game or change some small textrue or shadow filter or Bloom Light

But you don't make it's or tweak graphics from it.

I see in playstation4 version remaster it's has chagne timecry (skytexture color and atmosphere) in some mission some city.

Yes you speak true shadow filter in game ass2 *** BR it's bad you can change system shadow to Hight shadow filter , Because the old shadow it's low and too bad & fix small bloom.

You can remove Blur system fix some shadowfiltter in Assasin creed 2 and Assasin creed brotherHood same game batman a batman return to arkham

The Future you can make add Animal (Lion , Tiger , Rhino ,Wolves, hyenas,crocodile) + some quest and + Mod Stealth + Mod bow hunter and other more realism please same far cry 3 + 4 ?
