for dream 51, it would be great if some of the unit models payed homage to the generals units. (ie crusader tanks, overlords, marauder tanks. mostly usa units though.) I would love it if the commando looked like burton, it would be quite amusing, and it just seems fitting. and I think the tomahawk could work in their arsenal.

you could give the SO51 the poles as territory, since they are always abandoned as well as the Nevada desert. for all we know, there could,d be hidden stuff made by Kane that only Kane himself, and the SO51 know exist there, like prototypes made from scraps of salvaged tank/aircraft parts there could be a mammoth specter hybrid, or who knows what

will ironside, deathstrike and leang get AI in this update?

another neat thing would be to give them the fuel air bomb from generals. maybe make cost 5000. and give it a long recharge time. (so it can be spammed.)

I would like to see something like the Athena cannon from RA3 with laser tec stolen from scrin. because it just seems right for the forgotten, and they should have something that nod and GDI have never seen before; but I would nerf it because the Athena cannon is overpowered.
