Thats true that it would break "balance" and balance is a important thing considering the amount of unit in the mod !
But looking that there is already a numbers of win condition that let you play big and totaly unbalanced battle that look cinematic and that are fun as hell ! i agree that those limitation are kinda frustating when you just want to see massive amount of destruction with multiple baneblades and that you are limited to only one for example.

People are just excited about it because after all what Happened to UA, a lot of us considered Soulstorm as a "dead game" in term of modding content. But you are giving it another chance to shine and thats wonderfull !
