It still doesn't show up in my Steam library.

Edit 1:
I had MMoD before, it worked and I installed Dark Interval and it worked as well. It's a specific problem with THIS mod.

Also this mod looks cool as hell, can't wait for my stupid *** to understand how to make it work

I did do that, I installed SDK 2006, 2007, and set the 2013 SDK but forgot to mention.
