I've always loved this mod, I can't wait for all the factions and everything to be completed as I believe this would be such an amazing mod.

Yeah i figured it out last night. I actually had to run it as non administrator for some reason as i was previously running it as Admin..

This is my log. I also watch my memory usage whilst playing and it sits at about 1.5GB on my task bar then crashes just after about 10-20 minutes, the memory barely changes throughout the game.

I have followed everything that it has stated. Went to section 11 and followed it all. everything was already perfect. I then read over the other things and there was nothing that applied to my system.

the sins.exe is not set to read only.

I have followed this 100% before posting and sadly the game still crashes after about 20 minutes I just don't know why, I've honestly tried everything.

I've verified my files.
Re-downloaded the mod.
Re-applied the LAA
Deleted the setting LAA applies and re-applied.
Changed to different versions of SOASER. Made sure I was on 1.82 as stated.

And for some reason my textures of ships are loading correctly? but let's focus on the game crashing i can handle the textures for now i'd rather play.

I used to play this mod for a long time it's just the latest version and though it's been out for a long time now DID work, however it doesn't now but I haven't changed anything that would stop the game from running.

I feel like the game is running out of memory but I've tried everything with the LAA and nothing. Same problem.

*sigh*

Okay so i switched to 1.82 still crashes.

I just played again lowed my settings and it crashed within 5 minutes. just thought this information may help.

Hey guys, I apply the LAA but the game still crashes after about 10-20 minutes. Not sure why.

Running Windows 10 Pro
Running game on max settings.
Running 1.80 through the beta option too.

Aaaand, if you ever needed help with anything I can help... I don't know much about texturing or anything but if you wanted to run ideas by me as I've probably rewatched stargate atleast... 6-8 times for each series.. and more for single episodes that I enjoyed more... but anyway.... yeah..

I was just wondering what stuff have you changed compared to what's out now?

It has a nice design mixture of the asgard, the ancients and tau'ri that I can't just stop looking at... I honestly would love you forever if you put this in.. anyway.. enough of my drooling over this fine piece of work...

haha, it's all good. I'm sick and i wasn't thinking straight as i didn't even use LAA. haha, sorry for the inconvenience.

Not sure what the problem is, i installed it using the installer, I played the other version of the mod perfectly fine, however with this new expansion it seems to crash every 20 minutes or so. If there is any solution that you know of or settings to change please let me know!

Yeah I agree. I love the Stargate Invasion mod it's graphics though, needs a little work and I don't feel the races are 100% fairly balanced. I have been waiting and literally stalking everything that they are talking about other there, a little like what I am doing here.

Am excited about the new Cardassion Union, Dominion Alliance & Breen Alliance also, loving the work so far and pumped for the final product.

The only way is to re-download it and it will be fixed. There is no other way to get the mod unless someone here happens to live next door to ya ;)

I believe this is a bug as i was playing against the federation and they never once came into my system, and they where just sitting at there star pretty much waiting for me haha. Didn't do much for them however, showed them what was coming to them. ;)

I do have to agree that there aren't to many Cardassian ships, but i would love to see them as a independent race. All the effort you've into the mod already just shows and proves how dedicated you are, and I believe that even if you make up some Cardassian ships they will still be great. The Cardassians are to me one of my favorite races along with the fed then Klingon and Rom.

haha, Currently into a 5 hour game, with me as Federation, 2 Romulans, 1 Klingon & the Borg. Borg totally destroyed the klingons in almost like less then 1 hour and unfortuantly now my game as crashed but however, i've saved many times haha. 1 cube however absolutely destroyed my Starbase and turret defence systems along with a whole fleet on ships, was so devastated with that.

However the mod is very fun. Borg a lil over powered in my opinion, but I do understand why they are extremely powerful in TNG and so they should be but, damn son did that cube destroy me. hehe.

Even though the mod is not out yet, but however from what I have seen it's looking to be one of the best mods in my opinion for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. Have pretty much been following you guys with this mod from almost the start and you guys have done something truly remarkable.

Well, that was a unexpected outcome? Don't get me wrong I love having a boat load of ships, but less wahhh. I love having multiple sovereign and Galaxy class ships = win win? I hope..

How is the mod coming along, now since we have had that 1.8 update / DLC being released. Just interested on seeing how everything is working out for you guys.
