Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, its actually a diferent game but based in Q4 (althoug made by id Software) and its not better than Q4 nor D3, they simply has diferent styles of gameplay, imagine Battlefield fused with Q4, some people may not like it...

i cant believe you people are so poor, why dont buy pirates anyway (illegal copies)... they aer extremely cheaper... And there is no diference exept that they dont have the cool box and game manual from the originals...

ahhh, i hate this ************ creating mod pages everywhere saying hte same stuff but with a diferent game, for example Doom 3 Fortress, Quake 4 Fortress, Quake 3 Fortress, man one sday you will say something like GTA Fortress or Sonic Adventure Fortress or Mario Fortress...

Well i would give the game 5/10 points because:
The Good Part:
The game has alot more classes to select, more maps and vehicles based on Star Wars Episode III ROTS, i has better P models (the models you see in the player model's hands, its the same V model), Space battles are OK and some more little effects...
The Bad Part:
They just reuse too much things, animations and models, Boba's blaster is not what it should be, its just the E11, same happends with all the imperial weapons... They removed the orders you could gave your allies...
They also removed some Good old maps, just to give a more SW3 feel, the game is just too much SW3, the Clones have those Blue paints in the suit when actually only the Legion f the 501 had...

i dont think it will be ever released...

Hey, im actually working on a similar proyect, but it includes alot more features, including go prone, running, 3 diferent armors; heavy (cant run) medium (can run) light (can run faster), iron sights, grenades are more powerful, healthkits, and much more features and weapons (like the M60 and the Barret)... also, the mod is going to be release in december 2006 for the GoldSource engine, and in later for the Source engine.

Hey dude, dont trust all those coments, they cant download the game and even worse, 3 of them where created one year ago and guess guat, they all posted here, and guess what, they where never online again.. wich means the mod creater created 3 accounts (and probably the other two ones) and posted here good ****... this mod is also dead and the guy who created it is a son of a bitch...

Well actually, From Doom 1 to 3, to Q1 to Q4 to HL to HL2, all of them use the Doom engine, extremely modified...
Doom gave birth to Q1 Engine, Q1 gave birth to Q2 and GoldSrc, Q2 gave birth to Q3 Q3 gave birth to Doom3 (here we end with Id), and GoldSrc gave birth to Source... so all of these games have the same roots...

cs 1.6 is still a mod, in fact, every CS and other valve games are mods of HL and HL2, just because you have a cd of it it doesnt mean its a game, every Valve game has a folder called Valve wich is actually Half-Life, sometimes complete, sometimes with only the files te mod need to use...
So, valve are mod makers, they only have three games, HL, HLS and HL2...

But i have to admit, there are to much mods like this one (empire vs rebels), it was posted one year ag and its 0% complete, so its DEAD, moddb should remove dead mods, mods wioh any activity and are very old (and doesnt have any downloads), and also mods that says things like: This mod is the best, it will have all guns in the world ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ and things like that... I wanted to submit Counter-Strike Assault Edition but after 3 days it was deleted just because i didnt had a web site... but the mod is being done...

well i have saw a mod, can't remember the name, i think it is called GunBlast or Gunshot, and it is beging made only by one person and guess what, 70% XD...

add the Thanatos Tyrant from RE Outbreak, it would be nice..

Nice mod, or i should say game? well i think there are various weapons, too many in the game, maybe you can reduce the weapon quota and simply add alt. fire.

In the GTAs you can't add weapons nor vehicles, but you can add pedestrians but their texture wont show...
Also the M82A2 doesnt sits on your shoulder, it loks like that because it has a bullpup layer, ad if you shot with a anti-materiel rifle while walking, well... i better don't tell you whats gonna happen, you should know it...

you can't add new weapons to GTA, simply remplace the standard ones, the meele ones should be leaved intact (or remodelled).

Weapons, Guns and other sounds are translated.
What the hell, guns are the same as weapons (at least in the Quake world)

i submited a mod similar to this one and got deleted just because there was already this one... Damm, this guys arent working on this mod but im still working on Counter-Strike Assault Edition. Hope you guys get interested in my mod, or i sould say, game... it contains more than 50 new weapons and 7 models to chose from in each team, also 5 new modes and 25 new maps...

nice mod, what about a next mod like this one but with more guns, including the ones from; HL, CS, HL: OpForce and alot more guns, im a gun freak XD... is this mod dead or just finished?
