Sekaru, your devotion yet again amazes me. Keep it up dude!
Why not have the final version free floating, and we can position it wherever we like? That way everyone is happy.
Yes it is, I believe its the Mysterious Sword originally found in Native.
This is a 1.143 related bug, and therefor effects all Mods in 1.143. I am using Diplomacy 4.2 by itself and this bug is always present. I have used Freelancer 1.45 which has Diplomacy 4.2 built in, and the bug never occurs, although Freelancer 1.45 itself is riddled with gameplay and dialogue bugs, so its still a bad choice. Best bet is to have Cheats enabled and use the Items cheat to buy what you need. Yeah it eliminates all possibility of ever finding Large Bag/Reinforced and Lordly set pieces, but its the only work around I know of. As someone said earlier, over time the pythons scripts might work themselves out, although I haven't been playing any of my characters long enough to confirm that as a fix.
I have managed to figure out that access the mod's settings, be it PBOD or Diplomacy's(Via Camp Menu, just even looking at them, not even changing anything, will instantly start the bug.
You must capture and hold a fief Town, after a few game days, upwards of 3 weeks, a random message should pop up informing you to Appoint a prominent citizen as your Chamberlain. Alternatively, if you have a wife/husband, she should have the option to "I'd like to hire new staff." You must still have a Town fief.
Ah, yes about time, I had just noticed this earlier before getting the update of this article.
