No one knows that Emhyr and Duny is the same person.

Adda was considered by Foltest as his legitimate doughter, he even says that she isn't fit to rule, so he want to make Boussy his heir.

But no one knows that Ciri was Emhyr's doughter.
And you don't have right that Foltest was the last of his line. He had a doughter, Adda, who's married to Radovid.

I would make Anna Henrietta a bit younger(28 years?) and childless, there aren't information that she have a son.
Novigrad should be de jure part of Redania(and maybe Temeria too)
And i would give Radovid trait "quick", he was really intelligent, he tricked everyone, Foltest, the Order of the Flaming Rose, Salamandra, Kaedwen, Nilfgaard. But if you don't want to, then make him a very good intriguer and commander.
Emhyr should be better governer and worse commander. In the books, he don't lead his armies, and Nilfgaard rose as an economic empire.
Novigrad should be much stronger, it was the biggest and the richest city in the North.

Bran should be the king of Skellige
Maria Luiza la Valette, Margarita, Yennefer and Anna Henrietta should get trait attractive
Skellige needs to be reconstructed(Drummond clan for example is on the other island)
Yennefer should be in Nilfgaard
Kaer Morhen should be in wilderness or be government by Vesemir
Radovid should be skilled tactician or get a lot more in martial skills(he managed to defend the North against Nilfgaardians). He also should be paranoid.
Dijkstra should get trait genius as well as Esterad(and he should be chaste)
Dijkstra's familly shouldn't be dukes, he was a common person.
Zuleyka should be ugly.
Adda(or Radovid as her husband) should get strong claim after Foltest's death.
Busy and Anais should get legitimized after Arjan lost his war.
Morvran Voorhis should be Emhyr's heir after his childless death.
Hjalmar should be strong, and Cerys should get trait "quick"
Filippa and Radovid should be rivals.

I think, that when Starks conquer Greystarks land, then Manderly should be stripped of from his lands, and Stark king should have got event if he want to place Manderlys at Wolf's Den.

I think that Northern lords should be under Stark(maybe except Skagos and the Neck), as a tributary states, that should be fine with lore, 'couse Starks have united North when Andals started their invasion.
Or you can place the rebellion against Starks in that moment, when Greystarks and Boltons have rose. I know that this have been a thousdand years before Game of Thrones, but house Karstark was founded after that revolt, and Karstarks exist in that mod.

If we take this like that, then Starks should rule all of the North, becouse when Andals started to invade Westeros, then they've united the North as Rogar the Huntsman, submitted to Winterfell.

Why there aren't Martells? Nymeria only wed Mors Martell and gave him the manpower to conquer all of the Dorne, and then their doughter became Princess of Dorne. Martell dynasty was founded during Andal invasion by Morgan Martell.
