Previous release didnt work on win 10 but this one is launching without any problem, so at last Im gonna play it:) Btw. are there some cheat codes like for exmaple in H3 SotD was "NWCTHECONSTRUCT" to gain 100k gold and 100 of each resources?

I see. I thought it may be something like this. But isn't there a way to adjust damage of those skills for each difficult level separately? I mean, in the original d2 damage of firebolts those shamans were firing were for sure different for normal/nightmare/hell?

Thanks for the answer and sorry for not reading readme file. So these are actually intended changes... Well I cant say I like removing potions and scrolls dropping from monsters but I can live with that. But I really cant see a point in disabling monsters skills on normal. I mean why would you do that? Its like butchering game experience from many interesting mechanisms... For example shamans currently do nothing. They fire their spells at player and try to revive fallens but nothing happens... So they just serve now as cannon fodder and free experience. Also I have a feeling game is too easy because of this.

Hello I just started playing this mod and it looks promising. So far I got 16 level with a paladin, but I already encountered some bugs:
- shamans of the fallens have bugged spells, they cast them but they doesnt seem to work. They do 0 damage to me and they also doesnt revive fallens.
- there is cooldown on portal skill but it still can be used any time by right clicking on the portal book in the inventory.
- maybe its not a bug but potions doesnt seem to drop at all...
- some items are very very cheap for selling although they have good stats... (some yellow items with price of 2gold seems to be a joke)
- and speaking about items, their price doesnt change after identyfing them, bug or intendend?

And just some suggestion:
Its really too bad that this mod is not increasing inventory size. There is a reason almost every mod have this feature today. I know that stash in Sin War is infinite thanks to plugy but still playing like this with such small inventory is so painful... Please consider changing it!

Modifification looks very promising. I enjoy idea of experiencing G1 world from the time before nameless hero arrived to the colony and furthermore its gonna be on G2 engine, just wow! Also I very much liked that player can create his own hero himself:) That seems to be advanced modding, is modification using additional script packets like Ikarus?

Well, you just copy all files from .rar package into gothic directory and then just launch the game. But this is the page for polish version of the modification. If you are english speaker then go there for eng version of the mod:

Yes, it should be fixed from the next version but it will be also nerfed. Current mana regen is way too fast.

Afaik problem with roofs is caused by directX mod. Its a known bug from one of the previous versions, but it was already fixed. Maybe it came back again, but in this case you should speak with dX mod author. As for the beds, its exactly what you said, its not a bug but a feature:P You can still use certains beds, like in Brago cave, Orlan tavern, etc.

zspy its gothic tool, you should have it in gothic folder somewhere. Also you can launch it from the gothicstarter_mod.exe But im glad that it works now :O

I dont know sadly:( You can try launch the game with zspy as it usually provides more detailed crash report than default one from windows.

On what version were you playing? Also did you perhaps updated the version but keeped using saves from the previous one?

1. Those dragon roots are not removed. They are in different places now.
3. Agree.
4. Orcs are supposed to be a threat. Zombies were too easy in the vanilla G2Notr. Seekers were buffed because of people complaining here that they can 1 hit them.
6. You need to change your gamestyle if you play with shields. You get more protection but less mobility paired with not so flexible attacks. Also you can actually do combo at the second stance of the shields and people were actually complaining those shield stances are too OP at this moment and they will be a little changed.

That "trick" with the staff is kind of exploit. No wonder it was too easy if you keep abusing it:P We will look at it, and at other things you mentioned.

It requires 160 dex if I remember correctly and it will be learned autimatically.

Seems like systempack is not installed or installed wrong. Also you need to start new game in order to have shields working.

At what npc you train? Maybe its problem with certain trainer only, because I didnt have such problems when Wulfgar trained me.

Wait a couple of seconds till everything load. it usually takes 10 seconds (first time when you launch the game and load save).

This was happening to me when i was launching the game with Gothicstarter_mod.exe (it was moving .mod files and messing them up). With normal gothicstarter.exe everything works fine.

Gothicstarter comes with g2mdk and has nothing to do with systempack.

Shields works fine. If you dont see them that means you dont have installed systempack.
