I tried searching through the comments but going page to page isn't the most fun so I'll just ask.
Is it just my troop trees that won't load? I click on 'Troop Trees, Prosperity, and Spy Reports' and troop trees aren't there but the other 2 are.

Make sure you have "Load Textures On Demand" in the launchers Configure->Video tab enabled

Whenever I use this mod at the same time as the High Res pack I get crashes, specifically on the Normandy's bridge.
