Actually in Halo Reach there are more patterns to the design. On the campaign level where you pilot a Falcon and sabotage Covenant jammers (Sorry, don't remember the name right now) there is an easter egg where you can pilot a Pelican and fly outside the boundaries. You can take a close look at the two Covenant CCS Cruisers that glassed part of the city and you can clearly see patterns similar to the ones on this mod.

Does it have the ability to carry fighters? And if so, will the UNSC have a counterpart? Like a Heavy Destroyer or Light Cruiser, something like that. I know it wouldn't be canon, but to even out the field a bit.

There is a reason some of you may be getting this confused with the Halcyon class. In the first cutscene of Halo 2, the Pillar of Autumn was pictured as a Marathon class. The reason being is because in Halo 2 they had no model for the Halcyon class. The reason being there was no point in making a model for a ship with which only one would be seen, and that one ships would only be seen once. The Halcyon class was also smaller, being the smallest UNSC vessel to carry the title "Cruiser".

And Zatara7, I'm not even going to go into detail of how incredibly wrong you are. I am just going to say this one thing. You're an idiot.

I don't think human ships are ugly. I actually like them best. I hate the Covenant designs. To organic looking. I like the designs of the UNSC. They actually look usable.

And Humans are not Forerunner. The Forerunner merely thought of Humanity as special and named them the heirs to their empire. So the designs of our structures would not eventually become theirs. This is Bungies description of the designs.

Actually the Everest was a Super Heavy Cruiser. A modified or improved version of the Marathon class. So there is still the possibility that it is a Super Heavy Cruiser as it has a similar structure to the Marathon.

Sweet. Looks like the humans are gonna have some trouble though lol. And finally a Supercarrier. Been looking for an image of one. Only other one Ive seen is just a supersized Marathon.
