I think elites are with the Covenant in this mod.
Elite and Brute fleets both used the same ships (CCS-Class, Assault Carriers, Destroyers, etc.). Also, I don't think the Elites (and some Grunts, and some Hunters) have yet parted from the covenant in this mod.

No. These are CCS-Class battle cruisers, the most comonly seen Covenant ship in the Halo universe.
Heh, the way the camera looks, it seems as though it's an ONI Prowler spying on a Covenant fleet.
