Some faction leaders haven't pictures(They had them in TESTW)like 4E201

Undead Faction is called 'Stormcloak'

And the 4E201 campaign has some problems

many agents have 'no loose'pictures.

I always hope that someday there will be unique heroes in ROTK.Like the sauron in LOTR,only one entity,multi hitpoints and powerful attack.Can this be achieved?
If it possible,there even can be two vesions(fantasy and real)
