- Elite's Conflict Mod: v1.2 Gamma is almost here! Our team is hard at work creating a fun mod that will keep you up at night and wanting to play the game. We hope you have enjoyed the previous releases and that you look forward to our next update, just as we do. Below is an updated list of some of the content you can expect to see in the v1.2 Gamma release.
- New models, textures, hardpoints, abilities, and descriptions for most of the Imperial and Rebel Alliance fleet. A few are listed below:
- Interdictor-class Medium Frigate
- Acclamator II-class Assault Ship
- Venator-class Star Destroyer
- Victory I-class Star Destroyer
- Victory II-class Star Destroyer
- Imperial I-class Star Destroyer
- Imperial II-class Star Destroyer
- DP20 Corellian Gunship
- CR90 Corellian Corvette
- EF76 Nebulon-B Escort Frigate
- MC80 Liberty-class Star Cruiser
- MC80 Home One-class Star Cruiser
- And more! ;)
- New units, a few are listed below:
- Vindicator-class Heavy Cruiser
- Corellian Heavy Gunship
- Carrack-class Light Cruiser
- Victory I-class Star Destroyer (Third Faction)
- Imperial I-class Star Destroyer (Third Faction)
- And more! :)
- Two new Galactic Conquest maps, "Home World Conflict" and "Training Protocol". One features smaller tactical game play while the other introduces wave based assault.
- Skirmish unit updates, ECM units coming into play for the first time in Skirmish mode.
- Space Station updates, increasing their strength, capabilities, and relevancy to the game.
- Uniqueness and Redundancy updates, increasing differences and importance of specific units, structures, and planets.
- Balance updates, allowing each faction to have their own identity while still being able to compete with other factions.
- New particles, effects, and sounds.
- Crash and Bug fixes, across the board many bugs and errors have been fixed.
- And more! I know I keep saying that, but there is so much it's hard to even remember.

The moment you realize you created a 120 meters long nasty warmachine :P
The DP-20 has:
*10 Dual lasercannons
*4 Medium lasercannons
*2 Concussion Missilelaunchers
But it lacks heavy armor.
I was like "I got 4 DP-20s no one can stop me now!!" then I ran into a Victory I Class Stardestroyer -end of Story ;)

Just a little issue I see, the Venator needs to have the deploy squadron ability at a cooldown of 6 seconds for the little suprise.

Not yet. This update focuses mainly on the spacepart.
But we will add them later.
Whats the difference between the Gamma and the Final Release build of ECM?

Do the Imperial Army Troopers in 1.2 still use the Rebel Plex trooper model like in 1.1 or will there be a new one?

As of now they have been removed as they are Rebel models and are somewhat redundant. We are planning on getting new models for infantry soon (may be before but most likely after v1.2 Gamma releases) and once we do, we will add them back in and make them the standard ground unit of the Galactic Empire.
Stormtroopers will be more specialized as they were in legends.

I have only recently got back into this game so I don't know if this has been done, but would it be possible to remove the 3 AI hard cap for skirmish mode?
Im not sure about that but we check this out!
I downloaded all 3 available files and I'm not getting the grapics displayed here. I just get the old textures on the new ships.

The next release will have all of our new models and textures. Those are all much older versions of the mod.

Wow You Are Doing A Great Job AT This Mod Keep Up The Good Work
Is there a way to integrate the Eclipse into GC for the rebels? I know the xml file exists I'm not sure how to bring it in game tho?
